U.S. RETURN POLICY

James Perse accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all related accessories included. Items purchased as part of a gift set must be returned in their complete, original packaging. Individual items from a gift set cannot be returned separately. 

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be declined, and no refund will be issued for these items. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. A return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment method.  If the purchase was made using a gift card in combination with another payment method, the refund will first be applied to the gift card, up to the amount of the card.  Any remaining balance will then be refunded to the other payment method used.
